Olney maintained that the labyrinth improved or preserved the low frequency presentation of the loudspeaker and diminished any cabinet resonance. The Almo also employs an angular tube to further curtail resonance and address any standing wave interference.
the presentation shows a ruthless precision, the soundstage is well defined, and gives a lively performance even with the low 5 watt amplifiers.
